Job Description

As a Business Analysis Analyst, you will manage end-to-end requirements and implementation from an IT perspective. You will serve as the liaison between business and IT - also between IT and QA, and you will work with an assigned Scrum Team to provide working software that provides value to the business every two weeks.

To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:

• Assist the Product Owner with low-level requirements gathering and documentation

• Work with local IT teams to understand existing systems and work with these teams to ensure the systems offer services and stored procedures

• Provide delivery of working software that provides value to the business every two weeks

• Dive deep into solutions and requirements proposed by the business and provide alternative solutions for the business to consider

• Help in conducting UAT and give demos to business users.

To apply for this Software Engineer role, you will need relevant Business Analysis experience and experience in Insurance. You will also require the following:

• Full software development lifecycle experience

• Previous consulting experience in a complex multinational organisation

• Relevant experience in requirements gathering, documentation, report analysis and creation, preferably as a BA/consultant and in a setting with onsite/offshore components

• Experience in the insurance industry/IT services with insurance clients

• Excellent knowledge of the Banking and Financial Services or Insurance sectors.
