Job Description

:Good understanding of Domestic and International Payments with ISO20022, Instant payments, Real time, Cross Border.Deep expertise of ISO 20022 SWIFT payment message formats is a MUST.Good Experience in transformation, migration projects especially ISO 20022.Understanding of Retail and Corporate Payment channels, AM Sanction screening, Clearing & Settlement process.Good understanding of cross border payments, and SWIFT messaging MT message formats.Preferably having managed Payment transformation, payment hub programs pertaining to top tier payment system.Should be conversant with Cloud Technologies, API based integration technologies, microservices based architecture etc.Ability to understand customer payment product landscape, ecosystem services and aspects of business processes, operations etc.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders Bank, Product vendors, IT services vendors, any third-party vendors etc.Ability to manage project in multi-cultural environment in an onsite offshore near shore model.Facilitate the business requirements gathering in to by creating BRDs, FSD\'s and User Stories.Reconcile solution BRDs and FSD with Product Owners requirements ensuring full traceability.Strong experience writing formal requirements specifications Business, Functional, Non-Functional as well as user stories with acceptance criteria.Hands on experience in translating requirements documentation in to UAT user acceptance testing.Support Testing Team during SIT and UAT phases. Experience in managing User Acceptance Testing of product changes through to production roll out.
