:1 Analyze business partner\xe2\x80\x99s operations to understand strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities to automate processes and functions.2 Assist in business process redesign and documentation as needed for new technology.3 Analyze business processes, functions, and procedures to determine most effective business systems software to meet the needs of the organization.4 Translate high-level business requirements into functional specifications for the IT organization and/or vendors; manage changes to such specifications.5 Develop test plans and coordinate software testing.6 Negotiate agreements and commitments by facilitating communication between business unit(s) and IT and/or vendors from initial requirements to final implementation.7 Work with business partners within one business function to align technology solutions within business strategies.8 Assist Project teams in development of project plans and use associated project planning tools as needed9 Conduct feasibility studies to assess cost/benefit, efficiency and technical viability of solutions to business problems.10 Establish specifications and objectives based on business requirements and cost effectiveness; provide recommendations to management personnel11 Collaborate with management in systems development and design12 Conduct insightful, adhoc analysis to investigate on-going or one-time operational issues13 Prepare project documentation such as Requirement Specifications/Use Case Specifications, User manuals etc.14 Participates in the insurance system development and maintenance of project implementation.Requirements
