We are looking for a dynamic Business Analyst to join our team. This role will involve driving the delivery of mission-critical web and mobile applications while also maintaining and enhancing existing projects. We seek your experience, knowledge, and resourcefulness to deliver world-class solutions for our clients.You should be able to learn quickly and work independently - we\'ll help you as best as we can, but you must be tenacious and resourceful enough to figure out things you don\'t know how to do.ResponsibilitiesProject Delivery:Work as a key member of the project team to drive projects forward, ensuring smooth and successful project delivery.Collaborate with client and internal stakeholders, including IT teams, business owners, project management, business management, development, and QA.Evaluate and recommend suitable technology aligning with company and client directions, including Tech Stack, cloud-based solutions, and enterprise architecture.Analyze and synthesize business requirements, build business cases, and generate client/business needs through visual methods.Conceptualize, document and present findings in the form of workflow diagrams, specifications, project-specific documentations, and slide decks to effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts.Develop user stories, functional/technical specifications, and acceptance criteria.Manage the project timeline, plan, and prioritize tasks in a constantly changing environment.Support the full software development cycle for smooth deployment and operations.Identify new opportunities for the company\'s digital transformation.Project Maintenance:Ensure the smooth maintenance and enhancement of existing projects. You might be managing multiple maintenance projects simultaneouslyAnalyze the impacts of requested changes and conceptualize and recommend appropriate solutions that continuously address changing business needs.Create informative, actionable, and repeatable reporting that effectively presents progress and status of different aspects of the project to various stakeholders.RequirementsBachelor degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering with excellent academic records or outstanding professional/personal achievement.Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software delivery project, including maintenance projects, with a focus on Agile Methodology.Excellent analytical, conceptualization, and problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to pitch ideas.Strong influencing and people management skills.Ability to visualize workflows and translate them into digital mediums (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).Meticulous and detail-oriented with excellent documentation skills.Strong and avid interest in web and mobile applications.Proactive, self-motivated, and resourceful team member with good tech/digital knowledge.The following would be a \xe2\x80\x9cplus\xe2\x80\x9dPrior experience leading a product development firm or consulting experience.Knowledge or experience in implementing projects in areas such as Data Analytics, Agile Methodologies, Cloud, Internet and Mobile Technologies, Customer Relationship Management, Knowledge Management, and Service Design.Business Analysis certification, e.g., Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP).This role can lead to a Product Lead/Project Management position, where you will lead teams to deliver software while maintaining a close relationship with the client\'s senior stakeholders.We seek your understanding that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
