The Opportunity

• Adecco is partnering a leading bank to look for a Business Analyst role for Secured Lending Program
• Focus: The candidate is expected to understand end to end business flow and thoroughly familiar with components involved across the Secured Lending business flows. Evaluating and leading ongoing reviews of business processes, anticipating requirements, developing optimization strategies, uncovering areas of improvement to implement successful solutions.
• Location: East
• Starts off as a 6 months contract, with possibility of extension and conversion

The Talent

• A bachelor\'s degree in business or related field or an MBA with 6-8 years of overall experience
• 5+ years of experience business analysis in banking domain with at least 3+ years of experience in working agile methodology (Scrum & Kanban), requirements risk and issue management
• Familiarity with various systems used in banking domain, fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Good stakeholder management and the ability to influence stakeholders, internal tech teams, solution engineers and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
• 2-3 years\' experience in working in project finance and understand basic finance concepts like CAPEX, OPEX, Depreciation, Ownership etc will be benficial
• Good written and spoken communication skills, good presentation and documentation skills
• Experience in creating detailed reports and giving presentations
• Competency in Confluence, JIRA, Share point, Word, PPT, Excel and Outlook

The Job

• Performing requirements analysis, create the user stories and confirm/align them with the respective stakeholders across business, operations and technology to bring successful deliverables / functions / features.
• Profound knowledge in agile methodology, participate in daily standups and ability to apply the agile principles. Ensuring the solutions to meet business requirements and use of agile tools and technologies for the same.
• Working closely with business, product owners and development teams, participate in test case creations for the user stories, ensuring their successful delivery and customer/employee journeys across the project.
• Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas / findings, gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
• Establish project requirements, prioritizing them based on business needs and monitoring deliverables to ensure timely completion of MVPs in accordance with all risk, architecture and other relevant guidelines across projects
• Proactively seeks understanding of project hours variances and influences timely resolution of the issues liaising with relevant line of business / technology stake holders.
• Assist in SIT, UAT and resolve issues through mediation, negotiation with project team and / or escalation with Matrix / Lead PM knowing when and what to escalate and to whom. Demonstrates ability to prioritize issues on the critical path accounting for multiple factors. Understands subject matter to facilitate meaningful issue and risk discussions
• Has sufficient understanding, subject matter expertise and preparedness of information to effectively communicate key messages across matrix project teams, IT or Business teams. Provides proactive communications to key Stakeholders
