Roles & Responsibilities . Identifies business opportunities, build customer relationship, negotiates and close business deals. . Managing public relations with clients, suppliers and property consultancy firms.
. Addressing clients’ expectations and managing meeting with clients.
. Responsible for price quotation submission, project budgeting and negotiation with clients. . Attend and co-ordinate with client, other trade consultant meetings & integrate as an interfacing and to disseminate for construction. . Manage and negotiate contractual matters including contract terms and conditions with clients, subcontractors, vendors and suppliers.
. Control and monitoring of project costing to meet within budget.
. Review of construction drawings to ensure the project manager delivers on time and in acceptable quality. . Working closely with the Project Team to review design, layout plan and all other engineering requirements for site construction. . Overseeing the smooth running of existing projects and directing all staff to ensure clients’ deliverables, timeline and budgets are met. . Ensure PM exercises safety control and safe work implementation at site. . Manage periodic progressive reports and provide professional consultations / recommendations to clients.

Job Requirements . Degree or Diploma in related interior design field . Good communication skills . Outspoken and good attitude . Creative in design . Willing to learn
