Job Description

We are seeking a driven and dynamic Business Development Associate to support our growth strategy. This role is a hybrid of account management and new business acquisition, perfect for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships while also identifying and securing new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management & Growth

Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction Deepen client relationships by understanding evolving needs and offering value-added solutions Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive account growth Monitor client performance and feedback to ensure high retention and renewal rates

New Business Acquisition

Prospect and engage potential clients through networking, referrals, and events Understand prospects' business challenges and present tailored solutions Conduct presentations, product demos, and proposals to key decision-makers Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new clients

General

Meet or exceed account growth and acquisition targets Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities

Requirements

Diploma/Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related field 1-3 years' experience in business development, sales, or account management (fresh graduates with strong communication skills may be considered) Ability to manage multiple client relationships and priorities effectively Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a
