What you'll be doing
Assist in prospecting and lead generation through calls, emails and networking
Support client meetings, presentations and follow-ups
Conduct market research to identify trends and potential opportunities
Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects and sales activities in CRM systems
Coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals and marketing materials
Track sales performance and assist in reporting on business growth
What we're looking for
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, target-oriented and eager to learn
Good organisational skills with attention to detail
Comfortable with CRM tools, office software and basic research
Prior sales or business development experience is a plus
