The Job




Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Associate (Fresher / Entry-Level) who is eager to learn and grow in the Learning & Development (L&D) and coaching sector.

Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential enterprise clients. Support the team in building relationships with HR leaders, L&D professionals, and decision-makers.Learn to develop sales strategies and contribute to achieving revenue targets. Work with internal teams to help create proposals and client solutions. Participate in client presentations, demos, and workshops alongside senior team members. Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities. Stay curious and updated about trends in L&D, coaching, and corporate learning. Required Qualifications Recent graduate (Bachelor's/Master's) in Business, HR, Psychology, or a related field. Strong interest in sales, business development, HR, or corporate learning. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and work in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and willingness to grow. (Prior internship or exposure to sales, HR, or L&D will be a plus but not mandatory.)

Ideal Candidate



You have at least 1 year experience within a B2B Account Management or Inside Sales / Sales Development Representative role, ideally within the Hospital / Health Care / Healthtech industry. You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets. You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills. You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
