Business Development Associate, Full Time (Kallang / SME / 5.5 Days / $3,000 to $4,500 Monthly) Our client has been in the commercial printing industry for 2 decades serving SMEs and MNC creating un Business Development Associate, Full Time (Kallang / SME / 5.5 Days / $3,000 to $4,500 Monthly) Our client has been in the commercial printing industry for 2 decades serving SMEs and MNC creating unique content and bringing ideas to life. The principal activities include printing brochures, cards, labelsand more. This position is designed for candidates who are goal oriented and seek challenges in achieving KPI. If you're excited in achieving your visions, we'd like to hear from you. Roles & Responsibilities : . To lead, track and manage sales inquiries and operations . Generate new leads to identify new business through phone calls, emails or door to door sales call . To promote company services . See through the process from FA to printed ends results . To manage external vendors, contract staff and freelancers for client projects . To coordinate administrative tasks in business development, including but not limited to quotation, procurement, client vendor registration, project invoicing, and freelancer management . To co-lead in business development research and strategy . To co-lead in the building and maintenance of sales tools and systems . To co-lead for internal meetings and functions, including but not limited to weekly, monthly and annual reviews . Achieving monthly and annual KPIs . Follow-up with customers on outstanding payments Requirements : . Possess at least a Diploma or Degree or equivalent in Business or Marketing fields . Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience in a fast-paced, start-up environment . Proficient with Microsoft Office and online collaboration tools (eg. Google Workspace, Dropbox) . Candidates with creative knowledge (eg. art direction, graphic design, hand-drawn illustration, video editing, animating, etc.) preferred but not a must . Passionate about learning across disciplines, with a strong growth mindset . Team player who is keen to work with a fast and dynamic team . Proficient in English and one other language is an added advantage Important Note : .
