We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Director to join our rapidly growing company. Responsibilities:

• Identify business expansion opportunities, analyze market potential and target new business of the highest value in Indonesia
• Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
• Build effective networks across business areas
• Partner with technical and account management teams
• Deliver high levels of customer relationship management, satisfaction and interaction

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in the digital marketing industry
• Ability to perform well in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
• Strategic, creative, and out of the box thinking
• Deep understanding of SEA’s digital and performance marketing landscape with strong knowledge of local working cultures and strong business relationships
• Strong understanding of retargeting will be highly advantageous
• Knowledge of performance marketing, programmatic buying, and RTB model
