We are seeking seasoned and high-calibre professionals to join us in Singapore as Business Development Associate/Director for China market.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for client acquisitions for immigration and placement to other countries with a strong focus in Singapore;
  • Responsible for ensuring the team's overall performance in achieving targets for revenue generation, and client satisfaction;
  • Support Success 2 Overseas's marketing and branding campaigns to connect with prospective clients for immigration services, wealth management and family office solutions;
  • Work closely with Success 2 Overseas senior management to execute marketing plans flawlessly;
  • Managing documentation and processes for Know Your Client (KYC) due diligence or related requirements as they occur;
  • Source and identify new business opportunities leading and executing business development activities;
  • Strong stakeholder management to manage external partners and internal cross collaborations.

Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience with immigration, corporate secretary or manpower placement and related sectors;
  • Extensive Experience in China Wealth Management Markets;
  • Solid record in client acquisition and revenue generation;
  • Capable of forming and executing business strategies to deliver measurable outcomes;
  • Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills;
  • Dedication to serving clients with high problem-solving abilities;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Well-versed in the Chinese Language and strong presentation skills in the Chinese Language to serve the China market.
