You will be responsible for exploring and developing new project/cryptocurrency to launch. Bring in the high growth potential digital assets for investors and traders. Provide leadership & guidance for the Business Development department. 4. Job Responsibilities: . Explore and develop new project/cryptocurrency to launch . Build and maintain a good relationship with external project managers . Develop new business and implement marketing strategies for business growth and profitability . Research and develop market trends from all channels . Provide leadership & guidance for the Business Development department. . Identify the latest market trends and sales opportunities for business expansion . Establish KPIs for the Business Development department . Lead in, coordinate and create public relations campaigns, content planning, and related activities that promote the brand's image 5. Job Requirements: . Bilingual in English and Mandarin . Master/Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or relevant discipline . Passionate about sales, results-driven, outgoing and confident . Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational and presentation skills . Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment, strong attention to detail, team player . Ability to develop strong business relationships at all levels of organisations . Experience in leading a team which not lesser than 20 people . Candidates who come with their resources or clients will be an added advantage . Candidates with working experience in Cryptocurrency Exchange will be an added advantage .
