Help the company to venture into S.E.A. markets and evolve into a broad framework for establishing strategic alliances and partnerships.
Have a good understanding of the businesses\' products or services and be able to provide advice and solutions.
Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.
Seek out the appropriate contact in an organization & Generate leads and cold call with prospective customers.
Meet with customers/clients face-to-face or over the phone to foster and develop relationships with them.
Take the lead to identify, evaluate, negotiate, and manage opportunities that represent significant revenue to the company.
Engage the sales organizations and operation sites to create and drive revenue opportunities for the group.
Engineering Division value proposition externally with customers
Ability to assess technical and commercial feasibility for the customer and company.
Evaluate the economic and strategic cost-benefit of partnerships.
Manage complex contract negotiations with superiors to develop long-lasting relations with customers.
Develop with senior management team best practices to foster, manage, and track opportunities.
Understanding and executing global digital sales processes through social media and other platforms.
Ability to help set up a global platform and support the business functions behind it effectively.
Prepare and give business reviews to senior leaders.
Train members of your team, arranging external training where appropriate
Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department.
Liaise with the finance team, warehousing and logistics departments as appropriate.
Seek ways of improving the way the business operates.
Attend seminars, conferences and events where appropriate.
Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world.
Requirement:
Min. Bachelor degree holder
Minimum 15 years of International Sales & Marketing experience
Proven business development, sales, or marketing experience in capital goods & product selling particularly Textile, engineering & Foundry products both in domestic and international markets.
Exceptional leadership and people management skills with flexibility and positive attitude.
Should be an open minded, customer oriented and organized person.
Dynamic and enthusiastic team player with excellent communication skills. Fluency in other local languages will be an added advantage.
Should be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to accurately prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
