Job Description


Responsbilities:

  • Able to run full sales cycle from business development strategy, execution to closing with minimal to no supervision
  • Evaluate business, plan, sales strategies and business proposal to analyse and provide the necessary recommendations to clients
  • Building up case studies, presentation decks and marketing materials
  • Drafting of term sheets, proposals, agreements, contracts and fee negotiations
  • Review sales performance metrics to enhance sales outcomes
  • Evaluate company goals and direction on quarterly basis
  • Designing, implementing, and maintaining Java applications that are often high-volume and low latency
  • Contributing in all phases of the development life cycle
  • Ensuring project design comply with client’s specifications
  • Preparing and producing releases of software components
  • Transforming requirements into stipulations

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
  • At least 10 years with proven experience in sales, marketing, business development, and management.
  • Sound knowledge of the Technology and Digital market in China
  • Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
  • The ability to multi-task.
  • Sound negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
