Position : Business Development Executive (Facilities Mgmt | Career Advancement | Yishun)

Location : Yishun (3 Bus Stops from Yishun MRT)

Working hours : 5 Days | Mondays to Fridays | 8am to 5:30pm

Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,000 + Variable Bonus + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave + Health and Medical Insurance

Duration : Permanent

Responsibilities:

• Leads generation through utilization of different channels, such as cold calling, networking events, online platforms and referrals to generate leads effectively
• Support the Business Development team with calling and compilation of quotations and all matter relating to tender submission preparation
• Maintain up-to-date records of clients, leads and interactions
• Work closely with other teams to carry out work effectively
• Other ad hoc duties when required

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma Business Administration, Marketing, Facilities Management or related studies
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development
• Able to work in a face-paced, target-driven environment
