\xe2\x97\x8fConduct marketing research and data analysis to expand and nurture the leads pool. Convert leads into sales opportunities.
\xe2\x97\x8fPerform outbound cold-calling to introduce Yonyou\xe2\x80\x99s products/services to clients over the phone.
\xe2\x97\x8fExplore and identify new potential leads via various channels. Demonstrates professionally with potential customers via phone, email, conferencing, webinars, and face-to-face, to discover their business needs and develop a positive business relationship.
\xe2\x97\x8fCoordinate and arrange appointments for the sales team with prospective leads clients.
\xe2\x97\x8fPrepare and conduct daily reports. Maintain well organized, up-to-date and accurate leads information and activity reports to sales team.
Required Experience
\xe2\x97\x8fFinal year or third-year students in Marketing, Information Technology, Business, Accountancy. Students who want to explore sales or like to communicate with others are welcome.
\xe2\x97\x8fExperience in B-to-B sales in ERP or IT solutions will be an advantage.
\xe2\x97\x8fPassionate, self-motivated, good team player, and responsible.
\xe2\x97\x8fExcellent communication, presentation, networking, and negotiation skills.
\xe2\x97\x8fExperience in prospecting, lead generation, and sales management will be a plus, and business analytical skills are preferred.
\xe2\x97\x8fCompetent IT skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, google programs, and social networking tools.
\xe2\x97\x8fProficiency in Mandarin and English. Need to liaise with mandarin speaking clients/colleagues
