Responsibilities
Drive business growth by acquiring new IT industry clients (data centres, system integrators, software & hardware firms).
Leverage existing networks and market knowledge to expand the client base.
Maintain and grow relationships with current accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue and margin targets.
Research IT manpower trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Work closely with recruitment, operations, and finance teams to deliver manpower outsourcing solutions.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Business, IT, or related field.
2-3 years of proven experience in Business Development within a manpower outsourcing company.
Strong knowledge of Singapore's manpower market and IT industry staffing needs.
Established client network and ability to generate leads quickly.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Results-driven and independent, with a hunter mindset.
