Business Development & Sales Engineer - Lighting Solutions
Location:
Near Ubi MRT, Singapore
Salary:
Up to S$4,500/month + commission, variable bonus & travel reimbursement

Full-Time, Permanent | Mon-Fri 8:30 AM-6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business and secure projects
Maintain and strengthen client relationships
Collaborate with lighting consultants, architects, and interior designers
Prepare marketing/technical presentations and quotations
Conduct product demos and site surveys
Manage projects and multi-disciplinary teams
Provide Defects Liability Period (DLP) support and troubleshooting
Requirements:
Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Marketing, or Business
3+ years' sales experience in construction, lighting, electrical, or interior design sectors
Proven business development or B2B sales experience
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Knowledge of lighting products; familiarity with CRM/project management tools preferred
