We are seeking a motivated individual to assist our growing business portfolio through expert discovery and exploration of new and untapped business opportunities and building partnership network.

Our Ideal candidate will be trusted to dive right in, take the lead, use initiative, and help build impactful businesses that provide holistic suite of services to enhance care eco-system for Seniors. Highly skilled at sales and business operations, this person will join and inspire a team of like-minded go-getters to achieve our company vision.

  • Managing both existing business units and developing new business opportunities.
  • Take a lead role in the development of business proposals, business plans and presentations for new business materials.
  • Build market position by understanding customer needs, mapping market landscape, crafting industry segmentation, defining business strengths, identifying opportunity gaps, and closing business relationships.
  • Identify future proof business initiatives by researching and analysing industry trends locally and internationally.
  • Proposes potential business opportunities and viable income streams by contacting potential partners.
  • Discovers and explores business opportunities by building and managing network partners’ relationships.
  • Screens potential business deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials.
  • Developing a short/medium/long-term strategic growth roadmap in accordance with targets.

  • Overseeing project management, implementation of go-to-market strategies including process mapping, drive project schedule to meet project timeline.
  • Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to implement strategy.
  • Drafting and reviewing basic contractual agreement and facilitate the process of contract negotiation.
  • Developing business goals and objectives for the team.
  • Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations.
  • Examines risks and potentials for business opportunities.
  • Estimates partners’ needs and goals.
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Motivate the team, track performance, and report on key metrics & areas for improvements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, economic, finance, marketing or related field.
  • Good business sense and financial planning, marketing skills, strategy development and implementation.
  • Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation.
  • Experience working to and exceeding targets.
  • Strong stakeholders’ management skills, project management skills and analytical skills.
  • Ability to lead change transformation, excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong IT and digital fluency.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Self-motivate and confidence in providing management with feedback.
  • Experience working to and exceeding targets.
  • Dynamic, positive attitude, articulate and well-spoken.
  • Progressive thinking with growth mindset.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
