Efficiently and professionally handle customer service tasks, both pre- and post-sales support.
Respond to customer queries promptly and accurately via email and phone.
Participate in weekly sales meetings and keep management updated on new leads.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should possess some sales experience and either have a background in Chemistry or Marine Engineering or a strong interest in learning about these fields.
They must exhibit resilience, self-motivation, a results-oriented approach, and a strong focus on client satisfaction.
Demonstrated excellence in both written and verbal communication.
