Adecco is partnering with an established US MNC specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of their pharmaceutical products, and they are looking for a Business Development Executive/Sales Representative to join their expanding team!

• Reach out to sales leads (Doctors, Hospitals, Clinics, Pharmacies, etc.) through cold calling and visits
• Attend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions and symposiums
• Assess client needs and present suitable promoted products, through sharing product information and delivering product samples
• Communicate and persuade customers to purchase products by utilizing effective selling skills and performing cost-benefit analysis
• Service existing accounts, obtains orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products merchandising techniques.
• Work with manager to develop and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Supporting the warehouse assistant to pack & ship out wholesale orders, retail orders & samples as and when needed
• You will also be responsible for conducting regular inventory and audit reviews. Need to maintain the organization\'s pharmaceutical specific records such as audit reports, regulatory requirements and warehouse quality systems documents for annual audits.

Job requirements

• Min 1-2 years\' experience in a similar role supporting sales, training, and client-service.
• Strong communication skills along with the ability to influence, motivate and provide feedback
• Resilience and the ability to react to situations in the moment and stay aware of changing priorities as they arise
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Proficient on Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
