Adecco is partnering with one of our clients in the real estate/hospitality industry with a strong presence in Europe and America, and they are looking an Business Development/Real Estate Associate to Adecco is partnering with one of our clients in the real estate/hospitality industry with a strong presence in Europe and America, and they are looking an Business Development/Real Estate Associate to join their expanding team! This role will be working alongside the Real Estate Manager to bring in new clients and increase the orgnization's portfolio in Singapore! You will be conducting cold calling, assisting in leasing of apartments and will focus on building the company's apartment supply in selected Singapore neighborhoods to further fuel their growth and market presence. Permanent employment with attractive remunerations and benefits (Basic + Quarterly Comms) Researching and sourcing qualified properties via market investigation (landlords, developers, estate agencies etc) Growing the pipeline through a combination of networking, cold calling, email campaigns and local market sector knowledge Presenting the organisation's value proposition, the essence of their business and the benefits of their product and services to landlords, estate agents and partners Communicating with landlords and estate agents, negotiating pricing and administering contracts according to company procedures Working closely with their operations team to ensure a smooth onboarding process of the new property Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and/or equivalent Possess good communication skills with fluency in English and customer service skills Existing network of landlords, developers, and estate agents in Singapore will be considered as a plus Knowledge of the Singapore Real Estate Market Strong communication skills and with an eye-to-detail approach Quick thinker and deal maker Passion for aesthetic housing and with home inspection ability Ability to work independently and take initiative Willing to travel around Singapore to meet with homeowners and clients Next Steps Prepare an updated resume (including your current salary package with full breakdown such as base, incentives, annual wage supplement, etc.) and expected package.
