The business analyst will work with the team to help them improve current processes and systems. Effective use of your problem-solving skills to develop new solutions and help introduce these systems to businesses and clients. Responsibilities:

• Through critical thinking, you will identify innovative trends and market opportunities. Be actively involved in finding strategies and opportunities to streamline recruitment efficiency across multiple functions.

• Identify In a methodical and logical approach, you will oversee the project life cycle and apply knowledge and skills to deliver projects successfully. Provide updates and feedback to the team as required.

• Participate in project walkthroughs, business requirements gathering, design phrases, functional test plans, user training and implementation sessions.

• Manage the full recruitment process, especially in the sourcing of high calibre candidates, screening and selection of ideal individuals.

• Facilitate additional ad hoc projects such as updating social media pages and running weekly and monthly reports for talent acquisition leadership.

• Responsible for the planning and execution of recruitment events such as open houses, showcase nights, university career fairs, and presence at industry events.

Role Requirements

• A full certificate in GCE \'A-Level, International Baccalaureate Diploma qualification, Diploma awarded by a Polytechnic in Singapore, or any other academic qualification which is equivalent to the above qualifications.

• Singapore Citizen are preferred.

• Full time working hours: Mondays to Fridays, 9.30 AM - 6 PM

• Analytical and resourceful.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to lead and innovate.
