Business Development Executive / Sales ExecutiveWorking Days: 5 days (Mon - Fri)
Working Hours: 8:30am - 6pm
Working Location: 12 Neythal Rd, Singapore 628578 (West Area)
Salary: $3500 - $5000 + Transport allowances $600 + CommissionsIndustry: Construction IndustryJob Scope:

• Building good rapport with existing and new clients
• Regular visits and follow up with clients
• Develop new business with clients who might benefit from company\'s products and services
• Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs
• Negotiation of commercial and project conditions, handle sales documents, reports
• Handle customer\'s enquiries and feedback
• Make technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client needs
• Liaise with other members of the sales team and other technical experts
