The Business Development Executive is responsible for all sales activities of Goodrich's products, from lead generation through close. She / he works within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation and long-term goals in line with company vision, mission and values.
:
Develop existing and new client relationships, enquiries and projects
Market, promote & educate customers such as turnkey interior designers, QS, renovation contractors, end users etc.
Maximize all opportunities in the process to close a sale and acquire market share from competitors
Cooperate withing Sales, and with Product, QS, Customer Support and Operations to achieve revenue goals and customer satisfaction
Achieve/exceed set target such as: Sales target - achieve target with profitable margin, No. of new accounts, Collections and Accounts Receivables goals, Product mix sales
Gather and report on market intelligence, such as trends, competitors' activity & customer needs and demands
Update the CRM or Project Registration system and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospecting activities, sales calls, presentations and follow-ups
Update customers' product library
Prepare updates on sales and project pipelines
Conduct site visits, attend site meetings and resolve site issues
Able to draft quotation, write introductory letters, read drawings and perform measurement to estimate quantity
Uphold the good image of company by adhering and observing company's core values, company policies, procedures and business code of conduct and ethics
Comply with ISO and safety, health and environmental procedures
Support Reporting Person to coach fellow team members or win projects
Participate proactively in all company's activities, such as sales and product meetings, company functions, customer events and inventory stock-take
Job Specifications (necessary skills and experience):
Knowledge of Goodrich products and relevant market trends
Understand plan / drawings and make necessary measurements and assumptions
Make effective product proposals / substitutions
* Ability to provide high levels of customer service and satisfaction
