Job OverviewThe Business Development Head is responsible for helping the company to obtain better brand recognition and financial growth. The Business Development Head will coordinate with company executives and sales & marketing professionals to review current market trends in order to propose new business ideas that can improve revenue margins. The Business Development Head will also build a strong market position by identifying locations, developing, and closing business relationships.Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develops and sustains solid relationships with company stakeholders and customers.
• Analyze customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company products and services.
• Provide insight into product development and competitive positioning.
• Analyze financial data and develop effective strategies to reduce business costs and increase company profits.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with company executives to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities.
• Create proposals for existing clients to improve their business utilizing company services.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
• Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives.
• Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
• Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
• Find and develop new markets and improve sales.
• Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events.
• Develop quotes and proposals for clients.
• Provide training and can mentor other members of the team
• Travel as needed.

Job Qualifications Candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree At least 3 years and above experience in the industry or any related field Chemical Engineer / Pharmacist / Chemist is an advantage Strong negotiation skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail Oriented Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications Willing to travel to expansion areas within Mindanao Can start to work ASAPJob Type: Full-timeSalary: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per monthBenefits:
