Job Summary: The Business Development Head will be responsible for leading on the business management and development of the organization.Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related Business, Science or Engineering Degree.
• Licensed Architect / Engineer (if applicable).
• At least 20 years in a similar development role, with demonstrable skills in working in a client driven environment, locally and/or internationally.
• Experience in contract negotiation, client liaison and overall contract management.
• Experience of working in matrix or project-based environment.
• Experience in bidding for, and winning large commercial contract within the development sector.
• Experience in developing and overseeing intelligence gathering and opportunity forecasting processes for new businesses.
• Project Management knowledge/experience.
• Demonstrate financial acumen, with an understanding of budgeting processes and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of commercial practice and industry standards.
• Knowledge of international/local development needs.
• Good understanding of risk management and control, preferably with business development.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good organization skills.
• Good people management and collaboration skills.
• Ability to listen to multiple perspectives and resolve conflict.
• Ability to report a business performance.
• Good networking and influencing skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Be willing and committed to take on new scope as and when required.

• Must be willing to work onsite in Pasig City and in Project Site.
