The Job:
- Lead QS team to prepare business proposals and solutions and ensure tender submission within tight dateline
- Manage project budget
- Ensure cost competitiveness during tender for higher profit margins
- Attend site visit and tender meetings
- Prospect and develop new business opportunity while maintaining good relationships with existing customers
- Diploma / Degree qualification
- Minimum 3 years\' working experience in ACMV / Electrical Service
- Self-initiative and strong business acumen
