Primary Functions
\xc2\xb7 Hunt, win and acquire new business and customers for the organization
\xc2\xb7 Lead the engagement and grow assigned customers in country
\xc2\xb7 Maintain positive and close relationships with all assigned customers
\xc2\xb7 Lead and prepare customer quotations and proposals
\xc2\xb7 Meet targets and/or increase the organization\'s revenue, volumes and gross profit
\xc2\xb7 Execute business development strategies and tactics
\xc2\xb7 Assist management and leadership in the formulation of sales planning, tactics and strategies when required.
\xc2\xb7 Interact with local and regional product teams (including Air, Ocean and others) on securing the best rates in the market for customer proposal purposes.
\xc2\xb7 Manage and analyze the performance of owned customers, identify the need for action and execute these actions
\xc2\xb7 Support and/or enable the growth of assigned accounts regionally or globally if required.Secondary functions
\xc2\xb7 Work collaboratively with leadership & related stakeholders to implement new & existing sales initiatives
\xc2\xb7 Work on tenders/RFQs/Bids if required
\xc2\xb7 Positive internal stakeholder relationship management - Tech, Product, CS,
\xc2\xb7 Operations & others
\xc2\xb7 Contribute ideas on process improvements & implementation of related improvements.
\xc2\xb7 Internal stakeholder management
\xc2\xb7 Execute and manage all other jobs as assigned by immediate and dotted line managerRequirements
\xc2\xb7 Degree / Diploma in Business Administration or Sales & Marketing
\xc2\xb7 Min. five years\' customer facing sales experience of which three years in a sales management capacity in a freight forwarding, shipping, Logistics or Supply Chain environment is a MUST
\xc2\xb7 Working knowledge in Freight Forwarding and/or logistics related operations and selling processBenefits:Above 2x basic salary & cpf, 7.5% commission
Transport Allowance: $1000
Handphone Allowance: Up to $300 reimbursement
Outpattient Medical: Up to $300 reimbursement
Hospitalisation: Fully covered by company
Annual leaves: 16 (Every year increase by 1. Capped at 21 days)
