We are hiring a Singapore-based Business Development Manager to support the inception and development of our new business unit in the Asia-Pacific region. Our activities are mainly in Singapore but also cover Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, China, etc…
Your function will include among others the following activities:
Business Development
Involved in the Business Strategy in Singapore and the Asia-Pacific region
Sourcing of new Clients and management of a portfolio of Clients
Main Area: Singapore until borders are closed then ASEAN region
Account Management and Client relationship
Client satisfaction dedication
Manage and retain relationships with existing Clients
Have an in-depth knowledge of business service and value proposition
Human Resource Management
Processing of applications (phone calls, meetings with candidates…)
Negotiation process and recruitment of Consultants
Management of a team of Consultants
Branding and Marketing
Creation of a new brand: EP2C Technologies
Provide content and ideas for the creation of the website and brochure
Follow industry trends, new and ongoing projects in the Asia-Pacific region
Provide marketing reports to management and team
Finance: focus and follow-up of revenue and profits
Able to liaise and coordinate with Local Government Authorities for entity opening, legal, immigration matters, etc…
Requirements:
Currently staying in Singapore
Graduate degree in IT engineering (preferably), engineering, business, economics
Familiar with a regional language (Chinese, Indonesia Bahasa and/or Malay, Thai)
2 to 8 years of work experience in similar responsibilities
At least one work experience in sales / business development management and / or within an IT environment
Strong communication & writing skills, comfortable on the phone, very good level of English
Rigorous, reactive and enjoy working in a technical and international environment.
