Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Lead marketing and sales efforts for manufacturing systems, customized automation solutions, and build-to-print services in Singapore and across global accounts.
• Focus on targeting and developing a new customer base to drive sales growth and meet revenue targets, particularly in industries such as Biomedical, Life Sciences, Electronics, and Semiconductor.
• Collaborate with Technology and Engineering product groups to review product and performance specifications, ensuring customer needs are accurately interpreted and addressed.
• Drive the Sales Kick-Off meeting agenda to ensure the successful fulfillment of customer orders.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct market intelligence to identify emerging trends and new customer requirements within their technology roadmaps.
• Perform competitive intelligence and product performance benchmarking to keep Management informed on competitive strategies, new entrants, products, capabilities, installations, and customer feedback.
• Prepare annual sales forecasts and present periodic sales performance reports and reviews.
• Analyze performance variances against sales plans and strategies, taking necessary measures to meet sales KPI targets.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in an Engineering discipline with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with equipment/automation solutions trends and manufacturing processes.
• Experience in sales and marketing of equipment level and/or customized automation solutions.
• Possess a strong network of customers.
• Effective bilingual communicator with strong presentation skills.
