The Digital Engagement Specialist is responsible for the success of NTT Digital Engagement business.

To be successful he/she must:

  • Sign new business within a list of large Companies that includes new and existing Customers within the overall NTT community
  • Be a “subject matter expert”: Have a strong understanding of any specific sector & their challenges to better engage with their communities
  • Be a good consultant/solution Sales person: Have the ability to identify Customers challenges and articulate NTT value proposition (Digital Engagement: webinars, videos, portals & integrations stack that are designed to help our Clients communicate with their communities and collect data & insights)
Working at NTT
'- Engaging within key large enterprise and strategic customers and prospects to identify key decision makers therein
  • Engaging within NTT Sales community to identify opportunities
  • Ensure individual Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are met and/or exceeded based on input into and reporting from NTT CRM system. These includes sales activity, new leads and opportunities generated and, ultimately, hitting the revenue target assigned.
  • Forecasting
  • Manage the entire sales cycle
  • Be an expert in NTT Digital Engagement solutions features & capabilities'
  • Honour sales activity:
  • grow and maintain a heathly pipe coverage
  • close leads and opportunities generated ultimately hitting the revenue target assigned.
