Job Title: Business Development Manager

About the role

We have a Business Development Manager position available in our expanding Consumer Beauty Distributor Market Division. You will work in a diverse environment spanning emerging to developed consumer markets in Southeast Asia & Korea, and collaborate with distributors to drive COTY\xe2\x80\x99s Consumer Beauty portfolio*. With your excellent regional track record, you will develop new revenue streams in new segments to optimize profitability.

THE ROLE

In your role as a Business Development Manager, you will work closely with Business Development Director to:

• Achieve commercial & strategic objectives through effective management of regional distributors
• Establish & meet regional financial objectives through effective account planning, rigorous forecasting & delivery of GTM projects (New launches, campaigns, etc.)
• Drive JBP discussion, portfolio optimisation and pricing strategies with distributors
• Build collaborative relationships with distributor partners and support in white space expansion in untapped markets, consumer segments, brand development
• Work closely with internal (marketing, finance, ecommerce, supply chain) & external stakeholders to gather insights, analyse, and identify business opportunities
• Optimise supply chain process with Demand Planning & Customer Service Teams, resolve issues and act as a liaison between distributor partners and internal teams
• Ensure timely submission of sales report, market intelligence, local marketing plans, marketing spend, etc.

• Diploma or bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration, or similar,
• Commercial acumen, ideally coming from a FMCG or Beauty background
• Experience of 8 years or more in a similar commercial role managing different accounts, distributors and/or brands
• Knowledge & exposure to the region \xe2\x80\x93 SEA, APAC
• Positive, can do \xe2\x80\x98hands on\xe2\x80\x99 mentality
• Team player
• Ability to work in fast-paced & volatile environment
• Ability to travel for work (20% of time)
• Mandatory skills : Strong MS excel & PowerPoint skills, public speaking confidence
