Secure new contracts to ensure that revenue targets are met according to budget.
To conduct business development of Facilities Management (FM) business and relationships with potential customers and service partners, and to identify and develop new and existing business opportunities
Tender Management \xe2\x80\x93 to conduct the entire process of tender administrations and tender submission management
To collaborate with functional departments to generate write-up for effective and competitive FM tender and business proposals
To generate FM business processes, SOPs and marketing plans into presentable write-up including tender proposals and submissions
Develop and sustain strong relationships with customers and all stakeholders.
Conduct early engagement with targeted customers to understand their touch points, strategize the approach and design solutions before tender launch.
Identify and build rapport with service partners to ensure good support.
Technology and innovative solutions savvy with creativity to design and infuse solutions in our proposals to meet customer requirements.
Support in strategy update on a regular basis to management to adapt to market, regulatory and customer changes.
Assess potential risks on each project and propose mitigation plan to management.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
Keep abreast of FM trend and market transformation.
Secure new and existing clients by creating and improving proposals.
Develop and pitch ideas to present company offerings and negotiate business deals.
Assist in timely renewal of certification as required by the relevant associations / industry.
Educational Qualifications and Skills :
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or equivalent in related field(s)
Business Development experience with good networks and experience in Real Estate sector.
Ability to effectively penetrate new markets.
At least 5 years of relevant experiences in facilities management and business development portfolios.
Preferably to possess tender / bid management knowledge and experience.
