Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage franchise sales and development.
- Negotiate the terms and conditions of franchise agreements with candidates seeking to enter into such agreements.
- Identify and suggest potential PL locations for Singapore market
- Provide assistance in the drafting of all agreements.
- Oversee and provide guidance to department members in carrying out their responsibilities.
- Diploma and above
- At least 2 years of experience in F&B/Real Estate business management
