PURPOSE Act as an account manager managing the FA and HNW Broker distribution channels targeting the High Net Worth (HNW) segment. Be part of the pioneering team to build up the HNW business at FWD. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Responsible for business development with FA and HNW Broker partners (include international brokers and expats FAs) to support FWD's HNW strategy for both top line and bottom line Support the team in product development ideas to grow top and bottom line through innovative ideas to meet client needs, offering insights into product specifications and processing requirements Build and manage pipeline for the range of HNW products that are manufactured by FWD Work effectively with case managers and HNW underwriters to manage client expectations pro-actively Build a sustainable long-term relationship with core FA partners including international brokers and expats FAs Generate business development opportunities and account management activities with FAs Good understanding of the HNW segment, to identify and develop new products, in particular in the area of VUL, HNW annuity, HNW par, UL and IUL, that would suit the targeted HNW segment Provide insights on market trends including but not limited to product features and marketing activities of competitors with specificity to the HNW segment Work closely withmarketing team to ensure products and services are in the forefront of the market Manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met working closely with Risk and Compliance teams QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE More than 10 years of direct experience managing distribution partners with an insurer/ bank/ broker Have existing relationships with FAs / Banks/ International Brokers Familiar with the HNW IFA market KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITY Good understanding of life products and trends that are key within the FA channels and HNW market Ability to influence key internal stakeholders to deliver a winning products and services proposition Ability to provide recommendations based on customer needs and market trends Highly independent and motivated Customer centric with strong communication skills
