JOB DESCRIPTION

This position is based in Shanghai, China, and will be responsible for the following:

Conduct market research and analyse new business opportunities to drive business growth, e.g. understanding customers\xe2\x80\x99 trends and identifying customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs
Plan and implement sales and marketing strategies and campaigns
Manage development of new business opportunities and develop/prepare new business/commercial proposals
Structure deals with business case analysis and negotiate prices for proposals
Maintain and share professional knowledge through networking, events and presentations to generate new leads
Prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly business report to senior management
Co-ordinate with customers, related partners and design institutes to carry out pre-retrofit communications on technical related matters and co-ordination works
Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor/the head of department from time to time

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Building Services or equivalent qualification
Business development experience in the energy and/or infrastructure sector, preferably related to HVAC and/or building services\xe2\x80\x99 design
Experienced in developing financial models
Experience in solar PV systems and Electric Vehicles will be advantageous
Ability to deliver presentations effectively
Able to communicate and negotiate effectively with customers
