Business Development Manager (Marine) is responsible for identifying potential opportunities and developing new business prospects.The Opportunity:

Adecco is partnering with a Swiss MNC with more than 90 years global presence in water solution across a diverse industriesThe Job:

Expand our Marine solutions within APAC region, starting with a primary focus on the Singapore market.
Generate leads and conduct cold calls.
Oversee the management, onboarding, and training of distributors.
Prepare quotations and assist Sales Admin with order processing.
Participate in trade fairs and conferences pertinent to the Marine market.
Execute sales activities and campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
Form sales-promoting partnerships with industry-related organizations.
Identify customer needs and industry trends.

The Talent:

Manufacturer, Distributors, System Integrators, Ship Management Companies, Shipyards, Builders, Logistics Companies
Diploma/Degree in business or any relevant technical discipline
