- Salary: Up to $8,000 + Transportation Allowance + Commission + Variable bonus
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8:30 am - 6 pm)
- Lead, monitoring and guiding a team of 2 Salesman
- Formulate development strategies while projecting sales targets and growth projections.
- Interacting with potential clients to establish positive rapport.
- Executing sales initiatives in accordance with company-defined targets.
- Discovering market prospects through meetings, networking activities, and various communication avenues
- Achieve or surpass sales targets and fulfill assigned responsibilities autonomously.
- Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience
- Min. 3 - 4 years in the Logistics & Freight Forwarding industry with exposure to Sales and Business Development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
