We are currently looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in the SEA region. Your mission is to create customer value by creating a platform where customers can find support and source parts for their vacuum pump needs. You will create a clear execution plan with your sales and customer support teams on how to approach and service your market, as well as analyze the market, approach and develop key accounts for Precision Plus. You will be responsible to continuously development, management and finding new market opportunities, as well as establishing support for internal stakeholders in Leybold, Edwards and Atlas Copco brands and their respective partners, to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction and deliver profitable growth.
Your responsibilities
You will devise, establish and implement growth, territory and account plans to achieve business growth in line with the market potential for Precision Plus.
You manage, guide and inspire the teams to provide the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
You gather, assess and provide market intelligence to the development teams to ensure a good pipeline of products to support customer\'s needs.
You are expected to be a master of proactive sales management, developing the different business channels and establishing plans to increase customer\'s share of wallet, develop new ways to market; you collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, within logistics, engineering, other regional counterparts and partners.
Your profile
A bachelor\'s degree is desirable, in either management, business, administration, marketing, engineering or other technical specialization. Relevant related experience will be considered
5+ years experience with sales & business operation with a track record managing people.
Experience in the service business of rotating equipment would be an advantage.
You are customer oriented, able to understand internal and external customer needs, derive actions, and prioritize them accordingly.
Be collaborative with stakeholders at all levels, able to create and communicate, concise business execution plans, action & purpose driven.
You show great level of empathy while enforcing company policies and strategic direction. You are self-motivated and self-accountable, willing to act with clear result orientation.
