:

Huntsman Singapore is now looking for a dynamic individual as a Business Development Manager, SEA.

The ideal candidate will be located in Singapore.

As a Business Development Manager, SEA you will:

Ensure all activities will follow company safety policy and participate the safety meeting & training in local office

Accountable for project ideation, initiation, development and materialization

Business development for new product, new application and new business model from conceptual level to business realization which includes early analysis, assessment and sharpening value proposition, product CTQ development with R&D, marketing

Timely resolution to lead the internal resources debottleneck issue and risks to push pipeline materialization

Collect and analyze market and competitor\xe2\x80\x99s information

What skills and experiences are we looking for?

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related degree

At least 3-5 years sales experience in business development. Experience in electronics or chemical industry is preferred

Willing to travel

Strong business knowledge in application and value selling.

Project management

Multi-languages skills is preferred: English, Thai, Chinese

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Achievement orientation & Ambition for growth

Excellent business acumen

Team effectiveness & inter-personal skills

Self-development orientation & Able to handle pressure
