Role Overview



We're looking for a

Business Development Manager

with a passion for growth, client relationships, and helping businesses succeed through digital innovation. You'll lead efforts to generate leads, build a strong pipeline, and close deals across multiple industry verticals.


You'll be empowered with:


A strong portfolio of proven tech solutions Experienced delivery and consulting teams Deep knowledge of project scoping in alignment with business needs and funding guidelines The opportunity to

build and lead your own sales team

overriding commissions




Key Responsibilities



Proactively generate and qualify leads through networking, outreach, referrals, events, and partnerships. and propose tailored digital solutions.Conduct discovery calls and meetings to understand client needs Identify opportunities where clients may benefit from business support schemes and work with our certified consultants to structure the project scope accordingly. Prepare compelling presentations and proposals, working with technical and project teams. Build a sustainable pipeline across SME and corporate segments. Manage sales activities using CRM tools, with accurate tracking and forecasting. Represent the company at business networking events, industry talks, and conferences. As performance grows, recruit, coach, and manage a junior sales team with overriding incentives.

Requirements



Must be based in

Singapore

. 3-6 years of business development or B2B sales experience in digital services, tech or consulting - but even if you have no experience you are welcome if you are passionate about sales. Strong interpersonal, consultative selling, and presentation skills. Familiarity with Singapores business support ecosystem (e.g., EDG,MRA) and how businesses engage certified consultants. Able to build trust with C-level stakeholders, business owners, and decision-makers. Goal-oriented and self-driven, with the discipline to manage outreach and follow-ups independently.
