Your profile / requirements




3-5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Established network in life sciences (pharma, diagnostics, medtech, biotech, public health) in Singapore (must have!) Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of the business development process Ability to think strategically, analyze market trends, and develop actionable plans Demonstrated leadership potential and an interest in future team management responsibilities (in 1-2 years)

Tasks and responsibilities




Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the life science and healthcare industries in Singapore Create tailored proposals and presentations to effectively meet client needs and secure new business Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with the company's revenue targets Cultivate long-term relationships with clients and ensure repeat business and referrals Utilize your established network to drive business growth and build long-term, sustainable client relationships Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery and a superior customer experience Monitor business development goals, including sales targets and lead generation metrics and report regularly to senior management
