Responsibilities

We are looking for a

Business Development Manager

to drive the growth in Manufacturing Test segment. In this dynamic and exciting role

, you will:

Work directly with sales team, application engineers and solution partners to exceed yearly sales targets. Enables sales team by identifying and developing business opportunities, providing information and support for the sales force. Analyze market data to identify trends/opportunities, develop strategic direction from market information, and create compelling market analysis presentation Pre-sales duties include providing pricing information, communicating schedule changes and product enhancements. Post-sales duties include researching status of customers' orders, resolving shipping, scheduling, and prioritization challenges. Perform short-term sales forecasting for designated product lines. Collaborate closely with field team to fight and win against competitors in the region. Be the Factory interface for all deals and discount management, to maintain top line sales targets

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's Degree or University Degree or equivalent. 5+ years relevant experience, preferably with knowledge of the manufacturing industry. Experience in sales, business development, marketing, and custom application Experience in factory automation and big data analytics will be useful Proven good business judgment and working experience in developing new markets Able to work independently and at the same time demonstrate good teamwork behavior to work across different functions and regions. Excellent communication and presentation skills and goal-oriented.
