The Opportunity:
We are seeking an entrepreneurial and strategic Business Development Manager to pioneer the growth of Mosaic. This is a unique opportunity to build a new international business from the ground up, with the full backing of an established and respected education company.
You will be responsible for developing and executing the go-to-market strategy for Mosaic, establishing our brand and securing foundational partnerships with premium schools, companies, and professional organizations across Middle East, Turkey and Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve sales targets for our international camps and exchange programs.
Identify, cultivate, and secure long-term partnerships with key clients, with an initial focus on premium private schools in target regions.
Professionally present our unique "edu-tourism" programmes to school principals, corporate HR managers, and other decision-makers.
Act as the primary relationship manager for our international partners, ensuring a seamless and high-trust experience from first contact to program completion.
Collaborate closely with operations team to ensure flawless programme delivery that reflects our brand promise of "insider access" and "end-to-end management".
Represent the Mosaic brand at international education fairs, networking events, and conferences.
The Ideal Candidate:
Experience:
A proven track record in B2B business development, sales, or partnership management, preferably in the education, premium travel, or high-value service industries.
Market Knowledge:
Deep understanding of the middle east and Europe private education market is important. Experience and professional networks within the Middle East or European markets are a strong advantage.
Skills:
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. You must be a strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work autonomously.
Language:
Fluency in
English
is mandatory. middle east/european language skill is advantage
