Business Development Manager

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to oversee the consultancy and deliverables of managing the umbrella of companies specializing in high fashion goods and beauty care products. The Business Development Manager will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for managing all aspects of store marketing and its operations to ensure exceptional customer experience, sales maximization, and operational excellence achievement.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the executive team to develop and refine business strategies. Drive business growth by identifying and seizing new opportunities to expand market share. Work closely with the merchandising department to ensure optimal product availability and visibility at store level. Innovate and manage strategic events aimed at achieving commercial objectives and boosting customer engagement. Foster strategic partnerships with corporate and/or social collaborators to broaden offerings and increase value Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and propose effective strategies. Prepare quarterly analysis reports on event performance, returns on costs associated with doing up, and operational efficiency for strategic review and decision-making. Effective and short turnaround service recovery for customer grievance, feedback and comments. Continuous improvement: provide new methodologies on how to better gather feedback and in return, implement strategies on how to deliver utmost VIP shopping experience to customers
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience with min. 5years as an Business Development Manager or similar role in retail, preferably in high fashion goods. * Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly deliverables
