You will...
Secure and Develop Business Opportunities
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the payments ecosystem.
Execute sales strategies aligned with Triple-A's licensing framework and client needs.
Understand client requirements and ensure compliance with fund flow regulations.
Engage Clients and Manage Relationships
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients across different industries and geographies.
Use HubSpot (CRM) to track pipelines, manage opportunities, and report accurately.
Respond promptly to client inquiries, proposals, and follow-ups.
Grow Accounts and Achieve Sales Targets
Manage and grow assigned accounts, ensuring revenue growth and client satisfaction.
Conduct outbound prospecting and lead follow-ups.
Support clients throughout the onboarding and closing process.
Present and Communicate
Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and pitch decks.
Represent Triple-A at client meetings, industry events, and conferences.
Drive Performance
Meet or exceed KPIs related to client acquisition, engagement, and annual revenue goals.
Work closely with leadership on sales planning, forecasting, and reporting.
You must have...
Proven experience in business development or sales within payments (PSPs, payment orchestrators, EMIs, etc.).
Strong track record in lead generation and pipeline management.
Experience working in international environments across multiple cultures and time zones.
Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
Strong interpersonal, persuasive, and goal-oriented skills.
Confident communicator with the ability to engage senior executives.
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Google Slides for professional presentations.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, able to work independently and as part of a team.
Exceptional candidates will have...
Experience with digital currency or blockchain-related projects.
Fluency in additional languages (Mandarin is much appreciated!).
A keen personal interest in Web3 and digital currencies.
