We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Business Development Manager to support our growth by identifying new client opportunities, building relationships, and expanding awareness of our firm's services. This role plays a key part in positioning Lustre Corp as a trusted partner in corporate secretarial and compliance services.
Specific Responsibilities:
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities, especially in areas such as company incorporation, corporate secretarial, and compliance services.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and referral networks.
3. Promote the company's service offerings through networking, industry events, digital channels, and partnerships.
4. Prepare professional proposals, service agreements, and quotations tailored to client requirements.
5. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service execution.
6. Manage CRM records and support reporting on market insights, client trends, and engagement activities.
Technical Skills and Competencies:
1. Knowledge of ACRA regulations and corporate compliance requirements.
2. CRM software proficiency (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
3. Persuasive communication and presentation skills
4. Microsoft Word/PowerPoint or proposal design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe)
5. Workflow or task management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com)
6. Analytical thinking and data interpretation
