Job Description

Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction


Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs Arrange business meetings with prospective clients Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople


Requirements and Qualifications





Experience in customer support is a plus Market knowledge Good negotiation skills Time management and planning skills Ability to work well under pressure. Knowledge of the latest technology and trends within the industry. Good interpersonal skills. Strong communication and presentation skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to conduct thorough research. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills. Willingness to stay updated on industry trends. Experience in training and mentoring staff. Degree or Diploma or minimum three years relevant work experience * Able to work early mornings, nights, and weekends
